SPR04 – High Precision Spring Tester
+Vantage Corporations SPR04 – High Precision Spring Tester is designed for the high precision measurements of springs. The dynamic measuring capability of the system allows for the measurement of spring rate, height at load, and load in a single dynamic pass. This dynamic method allows for large data groups (arrays) to be gathered and used for calculations. Better filtration and precision is accomplished by use of best fit algorithms through the data groups. The dynamic method also allows for higher speed measurements of the springs. The standard system design allows manual operator use or integration into automation.
